Emily’s Ale-Strawberry Blonde 5.7% ABV, 20 IBU

Named after Dave’s wife Emily (yes, she is a strawberry blonde), this is a perfect refreshing beer to have on a summer day. It has a strong aroma of strawberries on the nose. Take a sip and you will taste the blend of the blonde base beer with the strawberries. The nice thing about this beer is you smell and taste the strawberries, and the finish is smooth with little sweetness.

 

1st Hour Haze-Hazy IPA 6.6%, 5 IBU

This IPA has a tropical and fruity aroma. The flavor has many citrus qualities, including notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and orange. It finishes with a smooth, almost creamy feel with a small amount of bitterness. This beer has a complex hop profile, including Cascade, Waimea, Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado.

 

Dark Poets Society- Schwarzbier 5.3% ABV, 30 IBU

This is a dark German lager that has a malt-forward roasted flavor and light sweetness that comes from the abundance of munich malt. It has a clean, crisp finish with a hint of bitterness on the end.

 

Umlauts not Optional-Kölsch 4.8% ABV, 26 IBU

This is our Kölsch. Early on in German class, you learn that umlauts (the two dots above certain letters) are not optional. This is a beer that new craft beer drinkers and seasoned drinkers can enjoy. It is a light, easy-drinking classic German beer.

 

Catcher in the Rye PA-Rye IPA 6.6% ABV, 65 IBU

A copper-colored, hop-forward IPA, with an excellent dry mouth feel and a hint of rye spice to finish.

 

Shoolhouse Rocktoberfest 5.4% ABV, 24 IBU

This is a classic German Oktoberfest. Brewed with only ingredients from Germany, this is a greatbeer to have in the fall. This beer has a malty aroma followed by a gentle malt flavor with a crisp,clean finish. It has a bright clarity with a copper-red color. Prost!

 

Nobel Pils-Czech Pilsner 4.8% ABV, 38 IBU

This an easy-drinking, crisp lager. This style is for the light beer drinker. It is brewed with Czech Saazhops that help give it some bitterness and hop flavor.

Early Study Break-Extra Special Bitter (E.S.B.) 4.7% ABV, 29 IBU

It is an English beer that has a good malt backbone balanced with a slight hop flavor and residual sweetness on the back end.

 

Bayside High-West Coast IPA 6.3%, 57 IBU

Hops take the center stage on this beer. Chinook, Cascade, and a bunch of Mosaic Hops are added to this bitter IPA. It is also dry-hopped with Mosaic a couple days before kegging to give it some more pop. Mosaic gives it a tropical and slight berry flavor and aroma. The hops come through on every part of the beer from the aroma, flavor, and bitterness.

 

Heliocentric Hazy IPA 6.3 % ABV, 14 IBU

This beer features a brand new thiol-boosting yeast strain from Chicago-based Omega Yeastthat accentuates the hops’ fruit flavors and aromas, including guava, orange, and grapefruit.

 

Bel Ringer-Belgian Tripel 8.1% ABV, 32 IBU

This traditional Belgian beer is a complex blend of aromas and flavors that are produced by this unique yeast strain. There is some sweetness that comes from the pale malt and the high alcohol. The bitterness is up there for having such a light body, but is balanced well with the right amount of hops and malt.

 

Dreamer Dark Mexican Lager 5.5% ABV, 28 IBU

This is an easy-drinking dark brown lager, modeled after Negra Modelo. It is similar to a Vienna Lager that has a nice malt backbone and a slight bit of roastiness. You can also enjoy it with a lime!

 

That Veronica Vaughn Vanilla Blonde 4.9% ABV, 17 IBU

This is an easy-drinking vanilla blonde. With a slight aroma of vanilla, it comes through more when you drink it. The vanilla also gives it a mild creamy mouth feel and the flavor lingers throughout the aftertaste, but is not overpowering.

Nature Walk-Spruce-Tip Pale Ale 4.7% ABV, 32 IBU

With spruce tips picked just down the road from us at Richardson’s Tree Farm in Spring Grove, this pale ale is very unique as you will notice some citrus notes along with a piney/earthy flavor that finishes with a slightly bitter finish.

Field Day- Maibock 6.5% ABV, 29 IBU

This is a Maibock. It is a traditional German style beer that is typically served in the spring, hence Mai (May) Bock. This is a full-bodied pale colored lager that utilizes German noble hops and malt. Prost!

Take a Seat Wheat- American Wheat 4.7% ABV, 22 IBU

This unfiltered American wheat is light and crisp, with bright citrus notes from the cascade hops. It’s medium mouthfeel, combined with the breadiness from the wheat malt, make this a refreshing brew perfect for spring.

Professors Porter-English Porter 5.2% ABV, 22 IBU

This is a darker beer that has a slight roastiness to it. It is very smooth and well-balanced.

Well Re(a)d-Irish Red Ale 5.3% ABV, 23 IBU

This Irish Red has a light red/copper color with a nice foamy head. It has a light candy-like caramel malt sweetness that is balanced with a slight hop bitterness.

Summer Lovin’ Haze- Double Hazy IPA 7.2% ABV, 3 IBU

A double dry-hopped double hazy IPA (DDH DIPA) that is juicy and smooth. Nelson Sauvin, CTZ and Citra hops bring out a punch of fruity/citrusy notes including passionfruit, orange, lemon and white wine grapes.

Don’t Flunkelweizen-Dunkelweizen 5.4% ABV, 16 IBU

This is a traditional German dark wheat beer. It has a sweet maltiness that balances well with flavors of banana and clove. There are also subtle notes of chocolate that come from the roasted malt. The color is a copper brown and head retention is relatively high. You should notice lacing along the glass as you enjoy this complex beer. Prost!

‘Tart’y to Class-Passion Fruit, Orange, Guava 3.6% ABV, 4 IBU

This is a sour Berliner Weisse beer. This beer is purposely soured with lactobacillus bacteria. It is bursting with a lot of fruitiness on the nose and the flavor! Try to identify the fruits as you take it down and enjoy the slight sourness that gets you in the back of your mouth as you finish the sip.

Pumpkin π- Pumpkin Ale 7.1%, 41 IBU

It is a well-balanced, complex beer. In addition to the pumpkin flavor it has hints of cinnamon, graham cracker, vanilla, clove, nutmeg, and allspice. A great beer to enjoy all winter long.
